Ariel owned and operated Seed to Seed Farm for seven years - selling his 15 acres of certified organic crops exclusively to large scale wholesale buyers. In his role as the Director of Certification at Real Organic Project, Ariel worked closely with a diverse array of 1100+ certified organic farms across the country, conducting over 300 in person farm visits. He managed the growth and development of the program from scratch - building out applications and evaluation criteria along with farmer communications and account management strategies.

Jessica brings 17 years of hands-on experience cultivating crops and developing value-added products for farms operating at various scales, from farmer’s market to wholesale grocery. She intentionally sought to develop a deeper understanding of the food system through her five years in department manager roles in Wegmans stores and five years at the Wegmans Organic Farm & Orchard. As the Associate Director of Certification for Real Organic Project, she co-directed a program with over 1100 farmer members, conducting 200+ inspection visits. Jessica is Secretary of the Board of The Biodynamic Demeter Alliance and Acting Co-Director of Vilicus Institute.
